AREA OBITUARIES- ELIZABETH "LIBBY GREEN STROUD

Mrs. Elizabeth "Libby" Green Stroud, age 74, of South Fulton passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at the West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Martin Hospital ER.

She was born on July 25, 1948 in Martin, TN to the late Billy Stallins Green and Mary Elizabeth Kimberlin Green.

Libby had worked for the Jackson Madison County Hospital in the medical billing department. She donated a lot of her time and money to many different charities that were special to her and she loved and appreciated all of her family and neighbors. Libby enjoyed her time living in Hawaii.

She is survived by a daughter, Savannah Stroud of Madison, Tenn.; a sister, Judy Green of Union City, Tenn.; and brother, Billy Mac Green of Charlotte, NC.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Crump Stroud, a brother, Glynn Walker Green, and a sister, Alma Jean Green.

There will be no services held at the funeral home. Hornbeak Funeral Chapel is in charge of cremation arrangements.
