Santa, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch and all of their friends mingled among shoppers in downtown Fulton Dec. 2, while the sounds of traditional Christmas melodies filled the air, from carolers' dressed in the era of Charles Dickens' Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim. The "Dickens of a Christmas" event, sponsored by the Fulton Tourism Commission, also included activities for children and refreshments in the Fulton Farmers Market.
