PRESENTATION OF COLORS -- Sheryl Thomas, President of the local Woodmen Life Chapter 4, and other members of the Chapter, donated a United States flag and flagpole to be displayed at Fulton's Boy Scout cabin, visible off North Highland Drive. Members of Boy Scout Troop 243, and Scout Master Earl Mulcahy accepted the donation, and welcomed the Woodmen Life Chapter, as well as Eagle Scouts, to observe the flag ceremony, followed by a tour of the Scout cabin.
