PEACE, LOVE & FOLIAGE, BANANA FESTIVAL EVENT, SELLS OUT SEPT. 12 AT PONTOTOC

PEACE, LOVE & FOLIAGE FOLLOWED BY '60 YEARS OF PEACE, LOVE & BANANAS -- University of Tennessee Gardens' Ornamental Horticulturist Jason Reeves entertained and enlightened the sold out crowd for Monday night's first event of Banana Festival week in the Twin Cities of Fulton and South Fulton. Miss Banana Festival, of all ages, has been crowned at the pageant held Sept. 10 (see all the photos on page 1 and page 10), and lots more is scheduled through Saturday.
