GYM EMPTIED FOR FINAL QUARTER OF PILOTS-BULLDOGS GAME

Fulton County Pilots and Fulton City Bulldogs fans filled the stands at Fulton County Friday night, at least through the third quarter of basketball action. It was a different story in the fourth quarter.
This was the scene in the final quarter of boys basketball action at Fulton County High School Friday night, in the match up with Fulton City. Referees cleared the gym, during the third quarter of play.
Friday night's basketball game featuring Fulton County Pilots hosting Fulton High School Bulldogs ended with a fan-free gymnasium after referees called for the removal of all who were attending the basketball match up, in the third quarter of boys' play. Following a delay of approximately 30 minutes to clear the gym, the fourth quarter was completed. Fulton County went on to win the game, 67-49. Head Bulldog Coach John Dillard was ejected from the game, as was one Fulton County fan and one Fulton City fan in attendance. For the complete story, see the Feb. 19 edition of The Current.
